＊Please measure your temperature at home before coming to the clinic.
If your temperature is over 37 degrees or you feel unwell, please call us and we will reschedule your appointment.
In addition, to help measure temperatures and prevent crowding in the waiting room, we require that only one family member accompany the patient when they are treated.

＊For emergency patients, we will adjust the treatment time to reduce crowding in the waiting room, so please be sure to call us before your visit.

＊If you want to change your appointment, please be sure to call us to change your appointment before your appointment date and time.
